Stellar Inspection and Testing NDT operates a dedicated technical manpower secondment and mobilisation division based in India, providing pre-qualified, certified inspection professionals exclusively to energy operators, refineries, LNG terminals, and EPC contractors across Arabian Gulf / GCC member states—including Qatar, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), the United Arab Emirates (UAE), the Sultanate of Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
Strict Gulf Deployment Focus: We recruit, vet, and mobilise technical personnel exclusively from our Indian operations hubs to overseas Gulf client sites. We do not provide domestic manpower supply within India; 100% of our recruitment infrastructure, qualification trade testing, and visa/deployment logistics are engineered exclusively to satisfy stringent Gulf NOC requirements (including QatarEnergy, Saudi Aramco, ADNOC, PDO, and regional EPC joint ventures).
Our pre-vetted personnel roster features accredited PCN and ASNT Level II & Level III inspectors (UT, PAUT, TOFD, RT, MT, PT, VT), CSWIP 3.1 & 3.2 senior welding inspection personnel, BGAS-CSWIP / NACE / AMPP coating inspectors, API 510, API 570, and API 653 certified in-service asset inspectors, as well as IRATA multi-disciplined rope access technicians.
Whether for major planned refinery turnarounds, emergency shutdown outages, offshore drilling platform campaigns, or long-term pipeline fabrication packages, we oversee comprehensive mobilisation logistics from India directly to client project gates across the Gulf.
